INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-press garment for 5-7 seconds to remove any moisture. Heat press temperature 330 F (heat press temperatures may vary). Apply high pressure. Press for 20 seconds. COLD PEEL ONLY!!

Final step - Repress for 7-10 seconds with Teflon or parchment paper
